Our Service: Facility Management and Support Services

Due to the know-how and experience of the Park Management team, berlinbiotechpark is able to offer a professional commercial, technical and infrastructural facility management, qualified services and personal support at a high level. This includes in particular technical laboratory services, laboratory and cleanroom planning, works security and advice on environmental protection, individual security, best-buy services, canteen, catering, conference management and networking.

In March 2006 the new conference centre on the ground floor of the office and laboratory building Westhafenzeile started operations. Four conference rooms ranging from 30 m² to 150 m² with state-of-the-art conference facilities and a generous foyer can be booked on a daily, semi-daily and hourly basis.

Anything is possible, from larger-scale conferences (10-15 persons) to seminars and training courses (40-60 persons) or big events (up to 120 persons).

If required, technical support (Nickel GmbH) and catering services (TST Theatergastronomie & Catering) can also be booked.
