The two mirrored 7-storey buildings will be constructed on a north-south axis and will be accessed from the sides via representative entrance areas and two elevators.

The buildings will reflect the same architecturally pure, technology-orientated language of shape as the office building Westhafenzeile. The facade will incor- porate elements of glass and of aluminium. The two front ends will be held in glass and are therefore suitable for representative conference rooms or for executive offices.

Due to the two emergency staircases, each floor can also be divided into two rental units. The floor plan is almost completely flexible and allows for a multitude of space concepts.

Sufficient parking spaces are available on the site.
